IRONSCALES is an email and messages security company. The enterprise email security platform detects and remediates advanced attacks like BEC & ATO that get past Secure Email Gateways. The platform combines AI and human insights.
During almost two years at IRONSCALES, I participated in launching features and entire areas of the platform that preserved the capital and security of more than 7000 companies and their employees.
I’m going to present here a few of the projects, in which I took a main part as a Product Designer:
Design system
I believe in system design and reusing design patterns. It makes daily work more fluent and pleasant.
When I joined the company, the platform didn’t have a stable design system; therefore, my goal was more complicated, but I knew that would be worth it in the future. Behind daily work on Jira tickets, I started deploying new components into the platform.
MSP GROUP SETTINGS
The company sells the service in two ways: first, it has its customers and sells them by itself, and second, the company has partners that sell its service, like owners. Most tenants (customers) belong to partners, and they prefer to manage tenants similarly; therefore, partners asked to create multitenant management in the Settings area of the platform, which could give the same setting parameters to many tenants with one click.
